Eligible new and unused merchandise may be returned, including a non-defective item where the customer changed their mind or selected the wrong style. We also address damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed items.
Start the request within 30 days after delivery. Exchanges are accepted when the request is approved and suitable inventory is available.
Approval and mailing
Email ovunuvahibu01@gmail.com before mailing anything. We will review the request and provide the approved return instructions and correct return address. The General mailing address is not automatically a returns warehouse.
A free prepaid return label is included in the package. If it is missing or lost, contact us for assistance. We do not charge a restocking fee. Returns must be approved before they are mailed.
Refund timing
After an approved return is accepted, we process or initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 days. A bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.
Nothing on this page limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Canadian consumer law.
